Hi! My name is Sarah and I brought my cat Sunny in yesterday to get his chin looked at and turns out he has a case of cat acne the poor thing. I am new to the area so the process of finding a vet quickly and being able to get him in the next day was amazing. Everyone at Northside was wonderful and made the experience seamless in transferring his records. Doctor Shea was phenomenal with Sunny and gave him a thorough exam. She put my mind at ease and sent me home with some medicine for my kitty to hopefully get better quickly. The tech assistant Alicia was very polite and caring. The receptionist Brittany was delightful and I really felt like they deeply cared for the animals and overall it was a lovely experience and I will be making them my new vet home. Oh and I also really appreciated the military discount, it means so much to us! Thank you so much for caring for the most important part of my life. My sunny cat.
