⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND :) I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Buena Vista Road Animal Hospital! From the moment we called, Alyssa at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She was able to squeeze us in for a same-day appointment, which meant so much to our family. Dr. Tannaz and her veterinary assistant, Jeremiah, were absolutely phenomenal. They took such great care of my grandmother's dog, JJ, treating him with compassion and patience while thoroughly explaining his diagnosis and treatment plan. They made sure we understood exactly how to care for him at home and what to watch for during his recovery. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness so effortlessly. Every person we interacted with made us feel like JJ was just as important to them as he is to us. Thank you, Dr. Tannaz, Jeremiah, and Alyssa, for providing such exceptional care and outstanding customer service. You are truly a stellar team, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you did for JJ. The front desk staff are incredibly nice. BUT, all of the senior employees are extremely overworked (to no fault of their own) meanwhile new employees are thrown into the deep end. It causes a more inconsistent experience than necessary. Veterinary work is hard and it’s understandable to have a higher cost but there are many other affordable options in the area. I would not recommend using this place for any routine work.

Dr. Tannaz and the staff at Buena Vista Road Animal Hospital were exceptional to work with when I needed help with my hatchling Eastern mud turtle. Everyone was both kind and knowledgeable and the facility clean. It’s great having a local vet who can see reptiles.
